Dean Gaubatz has been in the real estate business since the 80's including residential planning and development, resort hotel planning and entitlement procurement, mortgage origination, and of course realtor.  The Fair Oaks Ranch real estate market is a select market for Dean since he lives, works and plays here.  His family has been here since before Fair Oaks Ranch was a city.

In fact Dean's father, "Boots" Gaubatz was one of the founding fathers of the City of Fair Oaks Ranch, and was its first and only Mayor for the first 19 years of the City 1988-2007 until Boots lost his bout with cancer.  Fair Oaks Ranch is in Dean's blood so there is a passion for it.  You are buying way more than a house here.  It's a community, a city, and a lifestyle.
